Simon Stone and Dan Roan

Why are we even giving this pseudo journalist a thread? In these days where the media merely generate click bait articles, the fact you are giving this guy the oxygen of publicity, shows that he's fulfilling his remit and I'm sure he's delighted that he's being discussed on this forum.

It's a sad state of affairs that this is the level that the BBC have stooped to.

I don’t have a problem with that. What I do take issue with, is a publicly-funded journalist writing such a nakedly tendentious article.
Bad journalism annoys me too but it should be possible to be critical and yet kind. Unfortunately the impersonal nature of the internet can erode people's personality and lower their standard of behaviour towards other people. You are an exception.

People like Stones, Duncan & Jamie Paraside make me ashamed to have studied Journalism at University, and whos continual prominence should be proof enough the industry is dead.

Yeah, he's not a disrespectful motherfucker.

Always know there is a daft question coming when you hear at pep's pressers 'Hi, simon Stone, BBC'

Usually something akin to schoolground tattletale like 'Pep, Jurgen Klopp said this about your result, what is your response?' or 'will you play a second choice team this weekend?' to try and stir something to for himself to feed on. Not afraid to take up time for someone else's question with follow ups of his own either.

In fact, normally the only interesting questions come from the Spanish press.

I don't wish any ill to him, but I do wish he'd stop prattling on to get a story when he should be working for the impartial BBC.

Or he could simply just fuck off .

This Simon Nose **** asked Pep yesterday if he was comfortable working for City as an organization. Someone who works for the BBC asking that question is like a dipper asking David's mum if she is comfortable with him throwing stones at Goliath.

That's such a stupid question, because you can throw back if Stone is comfortable working for the organisation that employed Jimmy Saville.

Which gets everyone precisely nowhere. Moral superiority is always a bollocks argument.

Hopefully you're in a better mood this Saturday. Last weekend your melancholy nearly had the club going out of business.
