Swansea (QF) Post Match thread

The narrative on BT is in the absence of VAR it’s all City’s fault. Two marginal decisions but we are being castigated by a scouser. ****s.

Message to the bellends in the match thread.....never write off the team you claim to support.

The ridiculousness of the match thread reminded me why not to read it, you'd think that football is a game of one side that never makes a mistake, scores every shot and the opposition just let them walk it into the net based on the nonsense going on there. Even if we'd lost it would still have been an example of moaning minnies and people who don't understand that 2 sides are on the pitch and the other side still gets to kick the ball sometimes (albeit not in the last 3 mins when we're winning and lock them out of it).

Well played Swansea - how quick is that lad !!

They just ran out of steam and couldn’t keep blocking everything

Always thought we would get the result - albeit maybe not in 90 mins

The pace of passing was too slow though in first 60 mins - walker and Delph very iffy games again

We’re through, but tbh we were very lucky. Aguero offside for the winner, and a soft pen on Sterling. Bernardo Silva miles ahead of the rest. Delph’s time is probably over

If as they say these things even out through the season that's been a bit of luck for us.

Hard luck Swansea they were magnificent in 1st half n should be proud of themselves.

Never gave up and we March on.may need nitrolingual spray later but what a time be a blue.

Happy days

If there was VAR both decision would be shown to be correct.

There was clear contact at the foot and knee, defender did not get the ball.

Aguero was level with the defender behind him at the far end of the 6 yard box. BT talking shit
