FA Cup Semi Final draw - Brighton

What I don’t understand is the Fa knew there would be two games to organise and they already knew the venue. How difficult can it be to tell the clubs the kick off times and dates. We are already playing on Tuesday so it should already have been agreed in advance that if we beat Swansea we will kick off at whatever time on a Saturday. Less than three weeks to go and nobody has a clue.

Even allowing for the BBC and BT squabbling over games this is a farce
Should have been done and dusted on Sunday night

It would be nice if City made a comment about it, even if it just said 'We have asked for a 5pm kick off on Saturday but as yet we have not had a response, please be assured that we are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible.'

Last train back to Piccadilly is 2143 but that dumps you in Wolverhampton until 9am the next day so the only train home is 2100. Nice one

and if there is extra time, penalties and a presentation you are not leaving Wembley until 20.30hrs. There is no way you will make that 21.00 train. This countrys transport system is a joke and the law that forces 5.30 kick offs isn't much better. Oh and don't get me started on TV companies.

Agreed. Will be a proper rush if extra time and pens. They'll probably stick a couple of relief trains on though that will be leaving a bit later than 9pm. That's what they normally do.

Why would Cardiff game be on 4th April rather than 3rd?

It’s me who said that based on info I’d been given by someone employed by one of the caterers. I asked the same question too

He agreed it didn’t seem right but was sure that was the date he’d been given

I think he might have been given wrong info

There's a 10pm train to Leeds from Kings Cross that gets in at 20 past midnight and a 2.35am train to Manchester Piccadilly as an option. Whether there is anything to do for 2hrs in Leeds at that time is another matter but has to be better than Wolverhampton!
