Would that be one of his monologues the bottom line of which is to spend more money? It seems that every Labour representative is always banging on something which ultimately means spending more money. But you never hear them say anything about how we'll pay for it.

It would be super refreshing if just once, someone from Labour said something along the lines of "I know xyz is not great, but the reality is we don't have a bottomless pot of money". You never hear it.
