Absolutely disgusting that Aguero could bring himself to EAT today. What the hell was he thinking?! Pretty shocking too that a footballer would own an expensive car. Not surprised no “journalist” wanted to put their name to that tbh.

All Sterlings fault, now he's become a media favourite they have to try someone else.

I see BBC Sport have already decided that VanDickhead is POTS.
Interesting. Didn’t realise the season has already finished and everything had been decided who was winning what awards/trophies.

just heard the post match presser and some cnut of a journo put this question to the spuds manager:-

'After not spending anything in the summer, and getting so far, beating Manchester City who have spent so much, and are also under investigation by UEFA for their spending, Did it make it all the sweeter'

grade a bellend

the vultures are loving it at the minute
Don’t forget Spurs were one of the five clubs that loaded the dice in their favour in the late eighties, when they strongarmed the Football League into changing the rules around the division of home gate receipts to the away club, that had served as a redistributive system in football since the 19th century. How is loading the dice in your favour in that way not a form of cheating? They started this crazy money war in English football, not us.

That will be erased from history

It’s certainly true those events are poorly disseminated among young football supporters. They don’t care, of course, even if it’s true. Most football supporters just want their team to win, especially when you’re sniffing around near to top, because expectation levels inevitably rise. Once you can smell the prize, your morals become more malleable!

The 'big 5' were the prime movers behind the breakaway premier league another move to pull the ladder up behind them. Along with Chelsea ,for who the timing was perfect in terms of Matthew Hardings investment, they are the only clubs never to be relegated since. Spurs have always been a part of that spending plenty down the years they just weren't very good at it.

Yep, bad history gets expunged and only the good history is acceptable (of which only the rags and the dippers have any of course).

I noticed in one of the many Sky(?) articles lauding Spurs for their win, they mentioned how the plucky underdogs were a massive 16 points behind us in the league, totally ignoring the fact that they're in 3rd whilst we're in 2nd. I guess 16 points sounded better for the narrative rather than just 1 place behind.

Just read this post on the BBC live news covering the press conferences.

Alan: IF van Dijk wins the PFA award it will be because of his performances for Liverpool this season, IF Sterling wins it it will be because of his cry baby antics about being shouted at by the crowds or his cheating antics on the field.

How this has been allowed through is beyond me. It is disgusting and simply provocative.
The BBC should be ashamed.

Do you have a link to that ?

So media really going for us now. 8 players want to leave and Sane and Jesus putting in transfer requests. We’re doomed I tell you we’re doomed!

Who are the other 6?

Of course it doesn’t say surprise surprise... think it hints that others will react to the news. I am sure that Sane and Jesus are unhappy at not playing more but all sounds typical media stuff when we have two important games coming up.
