This is it!

Win on Wednesday and we’re on top with equal no of games played and the “remaining games easiness factor” switched back in our favour with them lot involved against Barca twice around their Newcastle fixture ...

Should Cardiff get anything tomorrow, it’d be a bonus as we could go into the derby totally without any pressure ...

KdB injury is obviously a blow ... but expect Kompany, Silva and Fernandinho to start this one ...

C’mon City ... it’s in sight!!

Bit of a cup final this. We are miles the better team. Their defence is wank we shoul rip them a new one. However, we all know that derbies are different. Many times in years gone bye we were the underdog and it was the joy of our season to beat them. My God how times have changed. Could do with a Vincent header again...oh it would be glorious. Come on boys. Keep the faith. Lets just do this one more time.

Being a top team is fucking hard going. Every game is a pressure cooker ramping up the tension, time after time.

I didn't realise this when we were football fodder! Still coming to terms with it.

Anyway, yet another tough must win game. But I'm going for a City win. By 2 clear goals.

Let's just consider this.

For the Stretford supporters this is THE Derby from hell - there literally is no win situation for them.

The team will see it differently, but I pray we have enough to get over the line in this one

I think it's interesting timing that the United players have just found out they'll get a 25% pay cut if they miss out on the top 4. That will surely give extra motivation to any ff their players who fancied letting us beat Liverpool.

The wheels have come of Ole's bus at the right time for us, I just have a strange feeling that Cardiff will win tomorrow, we'll beat United by a big margin and the league will be over.

Love it. Keep posting like that ;-)

If you think it’s nervous times for us, their fans have it worse. They either lose a derby which in turn could help us win a title or they win and the victory almost certainly will mean Liverpool win the league. Terrible situation for their fans to be in.

It won’t be easy. whilst their fans might be okay with a defeat the team won’t be thinking that, they need the points and they’ll make us work very hard for a win. They’ll be a threat as they’ll set up like they did when they played Barca, sloggers in midfield, pace upfront, pressing for mistakes and playing for counters. we need to be clinical in this more than ever and put the game beyond them early so that they throw the towel in and look ahead to the Chelsea game at the weekend which is a bigger game for them in terms of what they do This season. As much as this is a derby game, both teams can do without everything that brings right now.

Fernandinho back in, Bernardo in the centre, take your pick from silva gundogan and foden partnering him, sterling and sane flanking aguero is what I want to see, don’t think it’s likely though. More likely Fernandinho gundogan silva with Bernardo and sterling out wide.

People should not get carried away. It's a derby and last year proved anything can happen. Pep will treat this game with the respect it deserves and rightly so. If we win there, we can certainly win the league.

Had a text of United fan I work with he said he’d been cheering us on against Spurs, no one at old Trafford bar their players and staff want us to lose, if we win I think you will here the whole of the swamp cheer, very strange. Kompany has to start for leadership and drive, Fernandinho for his calmness and Silva to hold the ball and control it, without KDB Dave has to step up.
