Pretty sure United's unusual formation just threw us off for a bit and the spaces aren't where we expected them. Towards the end we figured it out and Pep will give them the masterplan to get through it at halftime. Gundogan better have been hurt when he went down, because we were coming on very strong just before then, and we didn't want to slow things down.

Don't think United's players can keep this up for another 45, we saw the gaps started to open up a lot in the last 15.

Got better in the last few minutes of the half but nowhere near our usual level. Seems like we’re paying them too much respect. Needs to go up a level or two.

Too slow out of the back and no press up top. Distribution at the back has been poor too. However, we’re far better than this lot. We need one to settle us down.
