Just watching the premier league show, no idea why it just winds me up. Who does that Melissa Reddy bitch support?? Done nothing but play down every City player on the player of the year list. Even quoted the fees of Bernardo and Raheem as a reason they shouldn't be young player of the year. Reckons Allison is a better player than Ederson and VVD had more influence than Sterling. Must be related to that bloody Rudd!

Reddy is a Liverpool fan. She was on the Anfield Wrap broadcast that claimed we let the grass grow long vs Liverpool - it was intended as a joke, sort of barroom banter, until the mass media grabbed it.

Me too. If you watch all the build up and shit they talk you just get hyped up even more and if we drop points it cuts deeper. Last night I turned the sound down for most of the game until we were safe then listened to the pain in their voices and our fan's celebrating. The hours chat after the game was very enjoyable

Switched it on ten minutes before kick off the whole build up shite I swerve now as it’s mostly aimed at the team who we are playing blah blah blah,fantastic this,big game player this,oh and just before kick off here’s city’s line up ..
 
There might be a better thread for my question, but who is everyone following on Twitter for City news nowadays (post CW)? City Chief is really leaving something to be desired.
 
Can't seem to find the thread, so thought the media one is closest, does anyone have updates on all those investigations we're supposedly under?
 
Apologies if this has been mentioned already, but on sky sport news yesterday when the PFA Team was announced they went through it by stating Ederson "from Man City" ....... Then incridibly stated ...." ONLY one player from Man City made it into the back 4 with Liverpool having THree Players" and so it went on. They then gave out some fascinating numeric stats........ Think the first was a picture of Edison with a big number 5 in caption stating first time in 5 years DeGea has not been the goalie......... Then a Big 4 celebrating number of Liverpool players named ...... Then a big statement celebrating the Pogba selection ..... Then swiftly moved on to the shock horror missing stories ref Salah Hazard Kane etc. Funny how the BIG SIX never appeared

They are turning on De Gea. Man Utd are in self-destruct mode. Imagine them without De Gea, and I find it highly unlikely he will extend his contract now.

Back to the topic in question. I have no problem at all in journalists being football fans and wearing their colours on their sleeves but you can not let it affect your judgement. Most people on here would do a better job. Simply embarrassing.

Those ratings are shocking and comical.

The positive slant towards the United player's and the totally negative slant towards City's.

Who is in charge of that imbecile?
Or does he just have carte blanche to write what he wants?

I thought The Guardian was supposed to be one of the respected broadsheets?

How times have changed in this digital era.
