It's going to be painful for one set of fans and players. To get the points total both teams will accrue yet not be champions.

Biggest losers in all of this are the Rags. Their two biggest rivals disappearing into the distance and probably a good few years ahead of them on all fronts except sponsorship deals.

However, I don't know why you have such a bad opinion of Liverpool and fans, unless it's just the general twitter consensus of divs.

Most Liverpool fans, like me, hugely respect city and have been bigging them up for the past two seasons. The anfield wrap podcast always talk about how good city and pep are.

Anyway, my point is, don't think all LFC fans are the trolls off the internet cause they arent.

Obviously I want Liverpool to win the league, but if not, it's because city were better and are a great side.

Here's to a few more years of the rivalry, hopefully

Mate, things have turned sour between the two sets of fans since what happened at Anfield last season, re the bus attack. The fact that it all got swept under the carpet pissed loads of blues off, and nastiness has continued to the present day. I personally never had much beef with Liverpool because you hated the rags as much as us, but things have changed somewhat, you seem ok though but just continue posting decent stuff and you'll be fine.

Welcome to the Forum , but I’d take a look at a few of your players comments on City and your managers lack of class , stems from the team and spreads to the stands , unfortunately I live down south and all but of the Liverpool fans I know are uneducated , deluded, bitter and arrogant....
