That's the thing about not owning your own sh*t - you end up feeling threatened when challenged and the attempts to justify why you 'are right' just end up digging your hole that much deeper - usually in a very obvious way.

Fair enough, I thought it was one of their fans who cracked him with a hammer. You see the belts come off all the time abroad when it boots off, so no surprise. Bit of a weird tactic but our european neighbours don’t like a good old fist fight, although the current generation I’m shocked he wasn’t stabbed.
 
Do anyone think our lawyers have a long list of media owners and their employees who once this is all over will be receiving a letter. I hope that as well as suing their arses off they will also ban them from setting foot on any property owned by the club.

Wouldnt let it worry you , this MacKenna geezer will wind up the wrong person one day and he will get his comeuppance , you reap what you sow. Hope his employers throw a BUPA package in with his remuneration.
 
What we are seeing now is the Liverpool infested media doing what they did to Raheem when he moved, it now to our club, fans, history, morals etc.. it’s pretty shameful.

Sports media is awash with Rags and Dippers, fanboy journos and ex pros, Rags are keeping their heads down whilst the Dippers are in full fuck city over mode
 
When you hit the highs the club has now achieved the media will focus on everything we do & look for bad stuff because it gives them attention they crave. Always been the way. It's worse now because you have social media which allows 3rd rate wannabee reporters to have a go without having to undergo an apprenticeship under more experienced reporters who at least know how to construct a sentence. Wild accusations with no solid underlying evidence is presented as fact with no consequence & leads to a snowballing effect as they are re-posted or retweeted.

As for UEFA & their ridiculous & probably legally unenforceable FFP, all they are interested in is money so they can feast from the trough they poke their revolting snouts into. They are raising the stakes by allowing talk of bans to leak out but the endgame is to extract as much money out of the club by way of a fine, and they will probably succeed.
