Remember it's not a general sports news channel its a channel about sports they have the rights to. Previews to CL games were 5 minutes long until BT took over, now they are barely mentioned. The attitude on sky is if we don't show it, it ain't worth bothering with. SSN is a glorified 24 hour revolving showcase for what's available on their sports channels!

That is hilarious. The rags spending £52.7 million on Darmian, Schweinsteiger and Schneiderlin was "brilliant business" compared to City's "ludicrous" splurge on Sterling. Someone who does Twitter please remind John Dillon what a complete arse he is. Mystic Meg he certainly ain't.

Generally what you say is true but within 24 hours of City retaining the title an SSN presenter said "Now that the Premier League is over we can concentrate on the Champions League final." And so they did. But managed to avoid talking about Spurs most of the time. At the moment though it's wall to wall golf for the reason you stated.
