If he does go for £100m does that mean we'll win the Net Spend Cup?
We probably won it last season. If he does go for £100m does that mean we'll win the Net Spend Cup?
Defo if we not allowed to buy.If he does go for £100m does that mean we'll win the Net Spend Cup?
Maybe this is down to tactical reasons, Pep looks at the league and sees maybe 15 of the 18 clubs we face will basically sit on their 18 yard box and defend for most of the games, Leroy is ineffective in these games, he is best when we are playing fast paced or counter attacking. He rarely beats men in a tight space, if Peps long term view is to stay a while, maybe he thinks that Sane doesn’t fit into his plans for how to break down teams. Don’t get me wrong I think Sane could be Ronaldo levels of good IF he applied himself but his body language suggests to me a certain attitude problem and that’s why Pep is willing to let him go. I hope he stays but if he goes, he’s won everything domestically here I wish him well and no doubt he will win loads domestically in Germany but it’s a shit league tbh.
I am not sure about the guaranteed starter thing. Bayern already have 2 young wingers in the squad in Coman and Gnabry. That seems to me to be a quite similar situation as Sane is facing with City.Sadly, if he wants to go back to Germany then he’s gone. With Ribery and Robben gone he’s a guaranteed starter for Bayern.
I hope he doesn’t go though. I hope that whatever was going on last season gets put to bed because he’s going to keep on getting better and better.
I hope you’re right!I am not sure about the guaranteed starter thing. Bayern already have 2 young wingers in the squad in Coman and Gnabry. That seems to me to be a quite similar situation as Sane is facing with City.
Hahaha crying about the Prem buying Bundi players when Bayern would just tap them all up anyway! Boohoo mate no one cares. What talent have Bayern produced recently?Shit league where every match is played in an atmosphere EPL clubs can only dream at a club with a better track record in Europe than any English club. It's not all bad although you are right about the standard. It would be higher if the top EPL teams weren't all full of ex Bundesliga players .
The arrogance of some EPL fans is staggering. As a league it produces very little in the way of talent and until this season spectacularly underperformed in Europe. This from fans who create the most sterile atmospheres in Europe (even the Anfield myth is bullshit) and allow themselves to be fleeced on ticket prices.
Serge Gnabry is a German international, and Kingsley Coman a French, so for sure Sane would have to earn his place. In my humble opinion (and it is just my private opinion) Sane would only change to Bayern either for more money, or because he wants to go back to Germany. I personally can't really believe the money argument as I can't see Bayern paying him a better salary than City can offer without killing their wage structure. The argument of going back to Germany is more feasible for me. He is a German lad, and Munich is perhaps the most attractive City to be in, in Germany. Also Sane recently became a father didn't he? Wonder if that plays a role.I hope you’re right!

Yes, PSG or some Chinese club would pay more. He isn't going to want to go there instead of Bayern.
Weird attitude you have. I don't like Schalke, but that's his club. You will have seen in the CL how good their fans are. What happened when he scored against them? They applauded him. They didn't cry that they only got 25 million for him. That's at a club who are always short of cash.
Yet you are begrudging him a possible move to Bayern Munich even though 1) he served you well 2) you would be making a 200% profit 3) your club is fortunate in having a lot of cash.
Sorry, but I don't get that. Have a look at Ajax fans and see what kind of fantastic farewell they give their young home grown players. That's what class is about .
Pep gets it. He is from that school.
Great mate, sure they have. It's probably best if we don't turn this into a debate about which club has produced more talent over the years.
At the moment only Hummels, Alaba and Mueller are regular starters with a youth team background, but over the years Bayern have produced more world class talent than your entire top 6 put together.
Let's just leave it at that.
