If Mendy and Kev can stay fit they would be like new signings. Also have some promising players from the academy

1. Manchester City can be punished and banned from signing new players for a minimum one season . This mean the Club management need to think in advance about the option that will replace players like Fernandinho, David Silva, or even Gundogan.
2. The CM positions might be weak, as Kev.D can not be guaranteed due to injury, and Merlin can not (as we have seen this season) play full season with the same performance tensity.

Totally agree with you because competition is getting keener. We need tweak things a little bit and we also have to be mindful of injury prone players, potential bans and ageing players, plan against the occurence of any/all of these potential peoblems rather than wish them away as some seem to be suggesting we do.
