Just paid the enforcement agency so clamp removed.
I definitely never received any earlier letters before today otherwise would have paid it much earlier.
Person at council has told me it was for entering a box junction 6 months ago. As no letter received before today I can apparently do an ‘out of time’ challenge through county court to recover the difference
