City's New Kits - 2019/20

Kids buy new football shirts more than any other demographic. Kids like bright neon colours.
then children should be ne
Doesn't look bad in those pictures – one thing puzzles me though, is why does the training gear seem to push the sky blue/maroon/navy colours, when the kits don't feature those secondary colours!?!
for outer wear i think the darker colors look better, than wearing all sky blue jackets or the like for men's stuff anyway.

I wonder if the anniversary kit will have maroon turnovers on the socks which meant they didn’t want to use maroon on the home as well.

The anniversary kit isn’t based on the first ever kit or anything like that. It was based on elements/features put to fans on a poll to create the most ‘classic’ or ‘popular’ of City home shirts.
but I did that poll on the official site and the very few choices were very limiting on input. It seemed to me like just a public relation exercise to make the fans feel included while their minds were already made up.

Here's a Mock up I made, I think it gets across our identity.

It pairs with White shorts and white socks with a thin Sky blue ring near the top.
the white socks need the maroon band at the top to accent the darkest part of the flames.

Somehow the worst thing about that third kit monstrosity is the lack of trim on the sleeves yet there is on the shorts... Looks incomplete... Ly shit
I really think there is a rags supporter on the design team who is taking a piss and having a proper laugh at us having to wear that girls blouse.
what if all the players just said "fuck off"?
if i was on the team, i seriously would, and start the rebellion.
I know footy has gotten too soft lately with every niggle being called, no hard tackles anymore. pricks flinging down to the ground if someone even so much as farts in their general direction. the fact it looks like 13 people have been killed and there is only 2 yellow cards in the match says it all. but ffs do we really need to be dressed like 10 year old girls on their way to a party?

FWIW here in Melbourne we have some info that we will have white instead of purple on the home kit. The vast majority of the supporter base would prefer red, but there is a bees dick chance of that happening.
