Known locally as The Duncan Mckenzie game.what was so good about it..as I don't think there is any footage anywhere
City beat by 2nd div side ..and well beaten by the sound of it...someone says the crossbar had to be replaced and game held up for half an hour !

Apparently Jon Macken scored from the halfway line against us after about 30 secs. Missed it as I was late getting in. Won’t hold it against him though.

He dribbled past virtually the entire City defence before slotting home. Shortly afterwards he signed for Leeds.
