The Conservative Party

We will sign a new time limited back stop arrangement that allows for the procedures and tech discussed by the group of MP's that have worked on it to be introduced and one that mirrors work done by Dublin and Brussels i believe.

We will move by signing and agreeing and they will move by agreeing to a time limit.

Thats where I would put my tenner.

A 20 year time limit? 100 year time limit?

We don’t have a technology company with a proposal on the table, never mind signed off one one with a go-live date - the UK, unfortunately, has nothing to offer in terms of a time limit

Let’s say we do sign off a 2 year time limit, what happens in 18 months when we are still nowhere near? A further extension?

Can you clarify what you mean by politically? Is it possible legally.
Politically as it would cost too much with the eurosceptic vote if the EU were seen to kick a member out, legally as there's a 50%+ chance the ECJ would rule against it.

Answered earlier.

Sorry mate but I’m no longer getting involved in the game where the same thing is asked over and over and over again and the answer just dismissed.

If we don’t agree so be it.

I didn’t see your answer, I’ve been out all evening

Castle House School isn’t exactly cheap either.

What exactly is your issue with private schools and the superb education they provide?
Castle House?
As to your question, I am a socialist and don't agree with them any more than I do private hospitals.

No it doesn't for any of the three. Their attitude towards said institutions is what counts. They had no choice in the matter.

What attitude will that be then?

I’m not after an argument here but I need to understand why you felt the need to bring it up in the first place?

I’m guessing it’s a slur on rich Tory toffs and that’s fine if it’s your thing but the trouble is the Labour leader had a privileged and expensive education as well.

If Corbyns attitude is it was fantastic and he is glad his parents had the money to send him and everyone that can afford it should do it then great.

If as a socialist now he wants it banning them he is a hypocrite, happy to benefit from it himself but doesn’t want others to.

I wish I had the money to put my kids through schools like these I can tell you. My wife had a very privileged and expensive education in private schools in South Africa. Good on her and her family for investing in it.

I don’t see the issue here other than jealousy and some phoney class war inside heads?

I have no problem with private schools in themselves, the problem is the under-funding and poor administration of state education which prevents too many state schools from getting close to the standards of the private schools.

Agreed.
