Wouldn't be that surprising. Bailey's stock has fallen significantly over the past season and really they need two wingers now that Robben and Ribery have both left.

Signing just Bailey isn't really enough to sort out their situation and I'd imagine they'll still be trying for Sane, unless he's firmly told them no.
