Brexit is the problem.

Correct
Whilst the EU may not be ideal, it is clear as day that it is the best we can get. And until someone, somewhere comes up with measurable benefits to leaving and how that will actiually happen it should stop

No Government policy in history, that I am aware of, has been carried out with no plan. Not a plan that went wrong, no plan at all. Nothing whatsoever has been written down and as long as that is the case unicorns and magic beans will continue to be pitch to the public and the 'if only' brigade will still be on TV, still be on radio, still asking for votes(and donations) telling us all how it could and should have been better

What happens on the 1st November, the 1st Jan, a year from now, 5 years from now in the event of no-deal?

King all the way - even for a day if he calls the bluff of so many people now wanting to teach Brexit voters a "lesson" - even at the expense of the entire country.

No guts, no glory.

Boris is fine by me, but then I am a right-wing racist French hating pleb ;)
As far as I remember you come from Moss Side and have children.

You should be ashamed of yourself ballooning about fucking “King Boris”.

One day you will have to look those children in the eye and explain why you took away their freedom of movement and trashed the growing economy they need to build a life.

And labour and Lib Dem’s for not voting for a deal, something they now want apparently, the only deal in town they shout,

And all the MPs who voted article 50 through.

That is true. Admittedly at the time they all thought the Govt had a strategy and a plan which turned out to be wildly optimistic but nevertheless they voted for it and it never once crossed their minds that the plan would be a no deal crash out and suspending Parliament to ensure it happened. If you had floated that possibility back in April 2017 it would have been dismissed as ‘Project Fear’. Which is kind of ironic really.

I know these remainers still think they are fighting the Second World War.

Ycmiu
Ironic, isn't it, that this is exactly the sort of rhetoric they aimed towards the leavers as an argument for leaving.

Now they're the ones referencing "the war".

Plan , plan? Give over all this shit is made up as we go along. Nobody on any side has any plan or clue.

Another day more bollox

Yesterday all the remainers were the giddy ones plotting

Today it’s the leavers

Tomorrow who knows

It’s a fucking joke.

Yes ,and the joke will be on the vast majority of us.
The real winners, when the dust settles, won't be posting on here.

Our sovereignty back.

Parliament has “remained sovereign throughout our membership to the EU” - Brexit White Paper

But let's pretend you are right and that document is wrong. What can't you do that you would like to be able to do this this new found sovereignty?

When did the citizens of NI choose to be part of the UK and not remain as Ireland?
When Carson and Craig armed to the teeth, threatened blood in the streets should the UK government uphold the Home Rule Bill that was passed.
They armed a militia of 500,000 by 1912 and threatened Asquith with civil war in Ireland.

The bill was passed 3 times by a liberal government in the HOC but didn't get passed the HOL. Third time the HOL was overriden by the provisions of the Parliament Act and sent for Royal Assent.
So it was finally passed in 1914.
The enactment of the Bill was delayed and delayed further by WWI breaking out.

Home rule never happened and the country was split in 1920 by a Conservative government, after the 1916 Rising and later a guerrilla war waged against the British administration.

Seems we didn't start the threat of violence to get our way but Conservative governments have a long history of pandering to a Unionist minority on the island.

Ho Hum, we are where we are now and we've voted to get on with each other, but the citizens of Ireland as a whole never voted to stay part of the UK. We did vote to rule ourselves as Ireland when we were part of the UK however, but seems we were ignored.

The remainers are now accusing the prime minister for instigating a coup. So thats the prime minister currently in charge performing a coup to take control of the country he is currently in charge of....Wait that doesn’t work.

So he is the pm, he does a coup to put himself in charge.....

Sorry I can’t get it to work.

Sorry Nicola sturgeon now says he is a dictator as well.

How long do we think before he is a nazi comes out.

But Boris has said, on more than one occasion lately, that we will not be the ones putting up a border in NI.

Well we should be. Immediately. what is the point in leaving, having our cake and eating it and letting Johnny Foreigner walk in visa free?

Please note - I am not entirely serious but I can see the contradiction
