Completely missing the point that not only do Norway accept freedom of movement, as an EFTA member but are also in Schengen.

Looks like the MPs are yet again going to sabotage the democratic will of the people. It is pretty clear to me now that we will never leave the EU with a majority of remain MPs in parliment. I supose we can also all look forward to a future of coalition governments. Interesting times ahead.

I don't agree with Philip Lee crossing to the Lib dems.
When I vote , I rarely look at the name of the candidates and generally vote for the party I want to win.
Surely there should be a law brought in that states that as soon as an mp defects a by election is triggered within 2 weeks and the mp has the whip withdrawn immediately.
This fellows constituency also voted to leave 55-45.
Pretty sure he'll be out on his ear at the next election along with Soubrey , Ummuna et al

If the governemt had a 30+ majority I doubt anyone would care.

Defections are rare in normal circumstances.

Though I do think that an MP should call a bye election if they change parties as a courtesy to the constituents.

And more to the point I find it quite ironic that Nazi Nige & his goose-stepping, jackboot wearing masters NEVER accepted the United Kingdom European Communities membership referendum in 1975 which was won with 67% support. The fact the far right never accepted the result & fought from the beginning to reverse the result is ironic, seeing as it's those very same Eurosceptics who are telling Remain to accept their defeat & move on. You couldn't make it up!

Nazi Nige claimed that a 52/48 vote in favour of remain in 2016 was no mandate, and that he would fight on regardless of the result..... Unless he won that is! #Unfuckinbelievable

I highly recommend anyone watching this video as to why the UK simply won't be able to leave with a deal that pleases both parties without hitting a UK deal-breaker.

Quite possibly concerns over unrestricted immigration into the UK got the leave vote over the line,but what many fail to see or don't want to see is that having concerns about it doesn't make people Nazis in a democratic society it should be able to be discussed.

No deal is looking likely to be blocked.
A deal will never be agreed because the EU are only offering a shit deal that will never be agreed and don't seem willing to negotiate.
So extension after extension until what?
