There are a few options but given it is now law - it is possible that the courts could compel BoJo to send the letter / accept the extension, even down to the last day. If he refused he could go to jail for contempt of court. He could share a cell with 'Tommy'.

Assuming that he makes no effort to extend the rebels could take over the order paper again and get a revoke A50 bill going but the timing doesn't work so well for that.
I'm not sure you need legislation to revoke A50.

Why are you swearing at me for stating a fact ? why all the fake outrage because he has extended it by 4 days ?

Yeah that's right 'fake' outrage.

Nothing to see here, no reason for Parliament to be in session. Just a typical autumn session, same as any other year.

I really believe people think that's true & are not lying through their fucking teeth to support this nasty extremist bunch of cunts.

Unless he gets an election before that date, wins it with an overall majority, and No Deal is then back on the table I think? A lot of ifs and buts there.

Deal or No Deal, I think he's backed himself into a corner here but leaving Johnson out of it, the noises from the EU appear to be that they wouldn't grant an extension anyway

Don't be silly. Mcfc1632 says the treacherous Remainers have already sorted the extension with the EU.

Tue question is, does Farage believe it ?

Is he really that dumb ?

Not in my opinion. Leaving Europe just to spend years fucking about trying to solve the ensuing problems & come out better off, is not why Farage has campaigned for it.

He doesn't give a flying shit about that. He wants us out, because it suits him. Same as the ERG.

They have plans for shit they want to do to people, & shit they will throw into the fan in general & they wouldn't get away with it.
I'm in full agreement. This prick is just in it for himself, like all of the brexit crowd. He doesn't give a shite about democracy, it's just a cover for him to keep himself in the news (I suspect his main motive) and to make a shitload of money.

The UK runs a “trade deficit” with the EU also being out of the EU will allow us to trade with the rest of the world on WTO something we are unable to do being in the EU , nobody knows the consequences of leaving yet all the fear mongering comes from the remoaners , why don't we hear the positives of leaving ? because the globalists dont want us to and are doing everything in their power (funded by Soros) to halt/delay and stop Brexit.....not following through with leaving will be the death of democracy , as they say be careful what you wish for

Why don't you yourself put forward a tangible benefit of leaving the E.U?

And what would that be? Cancel Brexit and pretend the vote never happened? Makes you wonder why both main parties campaigned for the last general election on a Leave ticket

No carry on and fuck the country up the arse !

Somehow a heavily tainted marginal advisory vote 3 years ago is held is such high esteem the result must be enacted even if it means metaphorically cutting our own throats.

As the old saying goes 'a week is a long time in politics' and more policies have been dropped than you and I have had hot dinners.

What seemed like an acceptable policy (and remember no one was talking no deal) 3 years ago doesn't look like such a great plan now when staring into the abyss.

But as long as the tax dodging law brealers are okay us peasants can just suck it up eh.

I just don't see how anyone could renege on the result this far down the line without it causing serious disorder. We can argue about the respective campaigns until we're blue in the face but the fact is more people voted Leave than Remain. Even as a Leave voter I don't think it was right to put such a complicated topic up for referendum with a simple Yes/No option on the ballot paper, without a lengthy debate beforehand, and without an impartial body doing it's best to explain the pros and cons to the general public, but that's what happened and that's the result that was returned, and since then the narrative from both the main parties has been to acknowledge that result and to seek to exit the EU on the best possible terms.
