I think myself and GDM were just making fun about how pan European voting goes in regards to a song contents. One would hope and assume that a vote on a President would be taken far more seriously ( and not include Israel and Australia ) - my own view is that the difficulties in arranging such a vote makes it unlikely to be feasible.
