Worth looking into, he might be the most poorly imitated person in history (apart from the long fellow, he did a decent impersonation).
Is there a ladybird book or a Machiavelli for dummies book.
Don’t have much time but would like to know the pub talk essentials.
You know. Whatever works.

He is absolutely correct.

Half of what he’s said is correct.

You don’t save democracy by destroying the parliamentary democracy in which your nation is founded.

It’s a conflict of direct democracy vs UK democracy currently and we need compromise to save the latter.

Wouldn’t say he’s correct when he said they “need the support of the DUP to govern” though. Even with that they’ve been failing miserably, particularly since Johnson decided to remove the whip from most of the moderate MPs in his party.

0/6 is surely the very definition of strong and stable, wash your mouth out.

If you can’t differentiate between a party with nearly half a million members that have included several dozen Jewish MPs in recent history that has a tolerant inclusive constitution that currently has a useless leader that is soft on dealing with antisemitism within its ranks, with an organisation that is under the full control of one man with no constitution or manifesto and who has proven far right sympathies including a recent acceptance of an invitation to speak to a bunch of German neo-nazis, then I can’t help you.

I’m not making excuses for Corbyn as I believe he is a piss poor leader that needs to get a grip on the antisemitism problem and I won’t vote Labour until he goes but there is no comparison to barely disguised Nazi Farage and the bunch of arseholes that have joined him.

Who said I couldn’t differentiate? Please show me,anyhow I was at pains to say some labour, in fact I did so several times. Was just pointing out a particular persons rank hypocrisy.

Make up whatever tale suits you but the fact is you are playing who is the biggest slime ball not me.

Carry on at your pleasure.

Glad to see BoJo is in Brussels furiously negotiating away and not electioneering by announcing cheap ships are being built somewhere in the UK or doing question time on Facebook.
Just watching him chuckle on the News at 10 that he “absolutely [did] not” lie to the Queen about prorogation, and then disingenuously claiming that the High Court in England agrees with him. Also still insisting that we’ll “absolutely” be ready for a no deal scenario, despite all evidence to the contrary. Incredible really that so many people still blindly back this absolute charlatan.

I’ve proved you wrong. Why do you continue to talk about me when the topic has gone?

I said I wouldn’t vote for Labour until they had a clear Brexit position and I felt they were dealing with antisemitism.

You were the one who went back and found my old quote in this.

I will now vote for them because they have a very mature Brexit position and the antisemitism noise from within the party has massively quietened down, since Corbyn announced tougher measures. In fact I spent a week searching for the latest complaints and couldn’t find any.

So please do not call me a hypocrite again. I’m willing to let go your incredibly poor taste comment, you know which one and you said let’s park it.

It’s quite convenient for you that a few posts at the start of the discussion have been removed for some reason.

It is a zero sum game now though. We’ve lost the ability to discuss things rationally in Britain (probably more so in England). If you voted one way he’s the Messiah and if you voted the other way he’s the devil incarnate. There doesn’t seem to be any middle ground and that is to everybody’s detriment.

To be fair to Boris and co, they’ve actually almost pulled off a master stroke. They’ve got working class people supporting them as they’re going to ‘fight the establishment for them’. It helps that BoJo, Mogg, IDS and Gove are obviously very anti establishment figures but even so.....

I said it last night as well but nobody on the leave side seems remotely bothered by this Cummings chap. 1.5 billion adds targeted at 5 million ‘swing voters’ banging on about unelected and unaccountable officials and now he’s right at the centre of government. Unelected and unaccountable. It’s a funny old world....
