Couldn't get to the match yesterday but just watched the full 90 mins from Sky's Game of the Day. Wow! Brilliant! Watford were very poor but you can't defend some of those crosses from KdB. What was most impressive was that after 5 in 17 mins we kept the intensity up (nearly!) and that's the mark of a great side. Watford began by pressing high but our movement was so good they soon had no idea whether to press, drop off or just go home! Superb display - right game not to be able to go to!!!!

I agree promising signs. I remember watching his debut at the swamp and he looked a real prospect, then next thing he was gone. When I saw him pre season I was shocked he looked awful. Yesterday's cameo and he looked a decent player again.

Yes, Angelino was always the more likely to make it at the top level imo. Maffeo was better defender, but not great going forward.

Its all about opinions I thought Maffeo was average going forward. He's got 1 assist in 70 odds games in his career.
