That says a lot about the forum then and only in a positive way. Those who go the game regularly are more in tune with the general mood of things. I can only draw on my own experiences with your lot which goes back over 25 years and I’ve always found them to be sound. Even with our rivalry with United, I know a few of theirs who go everywhere with them and they’re good lads. Every club has their whoppers though - us and United lead the way in that area.
Of course, I don’t believe we are representative of the fan base, but we are closer than most.
Currently I’m posting from a freezing cold tent at the Manchester beer and food festival wondering when we are leaving to go to the game.
I understand where you are coming from which is why I was, really, trying to keep you on the straight and narrow.

That’s exactly what we do. The difference between us and you is that you run your club like we used to - the pursuit of sporting excellence by retaining your best players as long as you can and not looking to offload them to cash in. We do the opposite. It’s frustrating as fuck but that’s how it is.
Thing is your lot have never run your club like we do now.. Back in the day you had the most (littlewoods) money so by default had / kept the best players... Everyone gets the same slice of the Premier League cake now for starters so more teams have better players.. Your owners are predominantly sellers and in the next year or 2 your squad will be dismantled and you will drift away under your KK duvet and remember the good old days of perms, shellsuits and 'taches Right game's kicking off soon, I'm off to my seat in CB3.. BTW you never said if you waved a big flag.

It’s nothing to do with arrogance, mate. I’ve been getting called out and I’ve said that it’s not the place to discuss things. To be fair, I should have just sent it as a private message to keep it off here and to hopefully put an end to it. And read my posts, I actually have a lot of admiration for the way you do things. Just because I support another team doesn’t mean I can’t respect what another’s doing. And I’ve been pretty clear about RAWK, they’re in no way representative of our real life fans in the same way this doesn’t necessarily represent yours. I go on a forum much more representative of our local fan base.

so what section of your fanbase represents your club then? i know some sound reds but to say you have a minority of idiots is an understatement. there is not another club who has a tarnished reputation like yours. considering how much your loved and protected by the media, the incidents that are reported are alarming surely.

Fuck me bill you FORGOT STANLEY.

This is why he is such a top manager - making time to get involved and connect with the fans like that.

Just enjoys having his ego stroked - will be piss funny when he leaves next season for Real/PSG/Bayern claiming they are a "bigger " club

Yesterday me and mate drove to Everton. After parking up we met 3 Everton fans, they were great company as we walked to the pub and they made sure we knew they despised Liverpool FC and they way they bring down the good name of the city, they especially referenced the 'we are not English we are scousers' after booing the national anthem. In the pub we met more fans, all were great company, knew their football, there was no hatred re 'oil money' and again, everyone of them hated the dippers for their arrogance, behaviour, everything.
The point being, please remember not all scousers are deluded self entitled wankers, Everton fans proved that yesterday.

Used to always meet a couple of Evertonian mates in the Taxi Club before the away games at Goodison , always had a decent drink in there and no aggro , proper supporters who are knowledgeable , they do try to take the piss but thats the famous scouse humour in all its glory , you wouldnt believe that Dippers come from the same city , talk about chalk and cheese.

It's been a while since I've seen Liverpool truly dominate a game. Probably Burnley back In August. Did well against NUFC but needed Firmino to come on for things to start clicking. Definitely struggling a lot more than last year which doesn't seem to be reflected in the points accrued.
Leicester is definitely a test to see where Liverpool are at now considering how well Rodgers has them playing. If it wasn't at Anfield I would be confident of a Leicester win.

We can only hope for a dodgy var decision and a Leicester win
