The Dippers are having to play their strongest eleven for nearly every game , and they will be f*cked by Xmas , becssue their bench is absolute shite , we are changing 4 to 5 players every match and the standard barring the Norwich game is not dropping , when the Dippers go to win another Glamour World Cup in December , they will have another pointless trophy to go in their cabinet alongside the European Charity Shield/Super Cup and their players will be jet lagged coming up to a tough Xmas period.
Looking forward to the Dippers imploding in spectacular style.
Thats what strikes me watching their side as well. They have a true best eleven in a way that we really haven't for at least two years now. Forget injuries, you can tell right away when one or two of their main guys is just hitting a patch of rough form. I'm not covering new ground here but I just can't see how it's possible to keep playing that style without fatigue and/or injuries starting to creep in. They try to toss off the cups each year but we should be hoping they play as many games as possible.

Dippers problem in a nutshell , they have eleven good players and when one is not available the drop in standard is alarming , Adrian in goal has made a dozen cock ups and has simply been lucky that players have not punished him. We have lost Laporte and Sane for the season it has hardly affected us , take the equivalent out of the Dippers Virgil Van Awards and Mane the face kicker and they would be totally f*cked and playing for a top four place.

Of course we’d struggle. Any other team apart from you in the league would losing players of that significance for long periods. Your squad has much more depth and can absorb losses better. That’s not a criticism or a dig or jealousy, it’s just the facts at hand. Of course they still need to be managed and deliver the goods so it’s not as if it’s easy.
For the record though, you’re way off about Adrian. He’s done much better than expected and with a couple of mistakes, it’s no big deal. It was more concerning for us watching that at first he stayed on his line constantly rather than acting as a semi sweeper which is key to how we play. Got his act there together though in the end but Allison’s back next week or the week after so happy days.

Honest question. Why are Liverpool showing as second in the Group? They have the inferior goal difference - am I missing something?

I’ve only just watched our game back as I was working last night in an area with no signal and definitely a game of two halves. They couldn’t get near us for 40 minutes or so, but the first goal from a team that’s scored forty goals in nine games this year should have been a warning. Henderson and Wijnaldum were anonymous, surprised it took as long as it did to hook them. Their heads went a bit at 3-3, like they didn’t believe they could win it. Sound for us though and job done.

Your rivals are Everton.. they're your Derby.. All this United shit stated when they started to win things in the 90's..ffs "Always has been and will be" **** off..
‘Always’ - usage of which is a sign that:
1. It’s not
2. The user can not distinguish fiction from fact
3. The user has no idea on the past

Only just noticed that Napoli drew at Genk the other night. That's a bit disappointing, would be nice to see Liverpool finish second in their group and get drawn against the likes of Juve, Bayern, or Barca.

Have you ever seen such one-sided refereeing as today's performance v Leicester. Every 50/50 is given as a foul against Leicester. Trent-Arnold treads on a defender's ankle, the ref gives nothing yet VAR is checking for a possible red card! Van Dyke is pushing, shoving and barging players in tackles and gets away with everything.
A last minute penalty was the best the ref could offer.
