We did have a mandate from all members of our union, Scotland is part of it, as is Wales and NI, none had any objections to the referendum, the whinging from the SNP started after their side lost.
This is all by the by, not many English are worrying about the Jocks at present, it's all on Brexit.
For me, the only fair way would have been that leaving the EU had to have a majority in each constituent country of the UK. That would have been truly respectful of all four nations and a proper mandate.
And it was insisted on by Nicola Sturgeon, supported by N.I and ignored, by Cameron, who imho was trying to appease the natonalistic rather than thinking as Unionist.
So as it is, unfortunately i do feel the SNP speak for me in parliament when the say Scotland's voice is being ignored, dragged out of the EU against its will, etc etc.
