They need to grow up and stop their student union politics. Just as the Farages of this world are having to swallow a few compromises so should they. Their silly games to stop brexit entirely could very well push us into an unintended no deal.

I did notice that Farage had come round to a more reasonable point of view today and accepted he wouldn't get what he'd bet on. Or maybe it was yesterday. Either way, I woke up after.

G Britain is outside the CU and the SM, NI isn’t but only for a period of time, they need to compromise to get Brexit and I think they might.

I've only read the brief points I reckon it's probably the best deal we're going to get I'd be amazed if the ERG don't vote for it and the 18 labour MPs in strong leave area's who will probably vote for it and see it over the line await's Saturday with baited breath.

Really pleased with how this has panned out, I knew Boris was the man ;). Realistically the best deal we could have hoped for. Just need the DUP to wake up and smell the coffee and we’re there. Failing that, Boris pisses the election when it comes.

Some MPs obviously worried about no deal may support him to get this over the line but once it's done the electorate might like to hand this poisoned chalice on to someone else.

Yes, which no one wants, so it's in Parliaments best interest (given that the EU threatened not to grant an extension) that they vote for the deal and work from there.

There is no choice by either us nor the EU but to impose customs checks on the island of Ireland, should no deal take place.

It’s the worse scenario in the history of bad scenarios.

I’d like to agree, but I suspect the peoples of Northern Ireland and Gibraltar may not be as fulsome in their praise. For them things are quite likely to change and they might not feel as together as they once did. ;-)

It does raise the terrifying spectre of a fortified hard border like the Norwegians Swiss have. Can't see that working.

Cheers, I wasn't quite sure and that is surely the last thing anyone wants. I would stay in Europe, leave with the best deal possible or anything else rather than go back to the troubles. it is the one thing I did not appreciate or consider 3 years ago.
