Club captain, I think. I suppose he's expected to lead by example. And getting into a car with two pissed team mates showed a serious lack of judgement. Plus, he's 33 years old, the other two are in their twenties. And, the injury he got in the crash has ruled him out for the season. Harsh, but the economics make more sense taking the action Derby have done.
