He has 21 previous convictions.
He should be thankful he only got 16 weeks and not 16 years because he is not contributing anything to society other than to break the law and cause others misery.

Was in Paisley for most of last week. Saying they're not big fans of the Poppy up there is some what of an understatement,with hardly anybody wearing one. Seemed very odd to me.
Is it because they're tight or just, uptight ?
