Stanway, second yellow, sent off.

Silly tackles.
Yes I agree, another silly tackle BUT this was waiting to happen. What was the manager thinking? Probably nothing as usual. 5 - 0 up and a red waiting to happen and he does nothing. He should have substituted Stanway ages ago and give someone else time on the field. I often think this manager is devoid of thinking!

From what I have seen of him, I'd agree he lacks proactivity in general

But that's not the point.

She'd gotten away with 4 or 5, excluding the 2 yellows.

Why not sub her as @Silva top said?

Even the commentators recognised it after the first yellow!!

Ive just heard a commentator who much like the mens game ones do nothing but want cards issued so as to create a talking point.

It was never a yellow card for me.

Dangerous corner Weir and Ellen capitalised from the rebound on her first start. Jill bossed the header to set us away and Stanway on her 100th appearance stuck it in the opposite corner. Janine down the wing yet again, found Georgia to finish sweetly off the post. Beckie to Scott to Hemp in an ocean of space inside the box for her first of the season. Good play Georgia and Wullaert lasered it into the bottom corner for 5-0. Only negative was Stanway's two yellows. Really appreciated my wotm Beckie's intelligence and attacking influence filling in at RB, sure it was her best game I've seen. Played with a luscious cohesion today, if we keep that up everything's possible.

I see Spurs v Arsenal as took the record for the largest WSL attendance today with 38,262.

This is great, but strange to see the BBC reporting it as a crowd that 'far surpassed' our crowd earlier in the year...

Not seen the report but I could imagine the beeb are happy now , they never seemed happy that City held the record for the biggest crowd. Still it seems a lot of stuff City's women do doesn't get a lot of credit !

Women's Super League salary cap: FA open to changes to 'attract world-class talent'

Funny how this has not been an issue for years as we lost our best players but as soon a the Rags get in, this happens. I am sure its just a coincidence :)-

The first game I've missed this season and we get our 'luscious cohesion' back! As long as it remains to include the next home game i'll cope!

The Rags are struggling - so hey presto!
