Johnson and chums were much more effective, just threw the dissenting voices out of the party.

If there is a party that should be compared to the Nazis it is the Tory party.

1. Propaganda modelled on the Nazis (Lies, disinformation, target opposition and monorities) - check
2. Threaten dissenting voices in the media (Ch4) - check
3. Compel candidates to swear allegiance the the Brexit shitshow - check
4. Threaten the judiciary - check
5. Plans to limit the power of Parliament (extension of Henry VIII powers) - check

I'm sure there is more but you get the gist.

Oh and here is the latest example which of course will have nothing to do with CCHQ, that can be traced anyway.

That’s pretty sick.

Not Maggie's greatest fan but do like the quote 'They haven't gone away you know'......20,000 political posts between them suggests so. They've swallowed the mainstream narrative that a 70 year old man who makes his own jam is a dangerous extremist.

Uncle Joe's 70th birthday bash - he killed 9 million people according to estimates. He also had lots of other hobbies including growing fruit
- just like Comrade Jezz
It's the biggest projection operation ever directed on one man. It's disgusting and diminishes my faith in the intelligence of humanity.
because they are still planning to vote for him?

After today's tragic events. Even if Boris Johnson is caught knocking one out in a shop window wearing a bra whilst singing The Banana Song he will get a majority.

The Tories will use today to focus on security and (if the assailaint happens to be foriegn) immigration they are the party than can deliver it. Aided by shit memes of Corbyn with Gerry Adams etc.

If people are so dumb to be taken in by fake tweets Labour has no chance.

:(
Not so sure. Can backfire if not handled well. Spain in 02 springs to mind.

No-one is called antisemitic for supporting Palestinians. Many Jews in this country support Palestinians and abhore Netenyahu's Government's actions against them.

You're antisemitic for supporting certain groups that support Palestinians AND advocate the murder of Jews, the eradication of the Jewish State and the end of Judaism.

I’ve seen it all too often on here and other places. Criticism of Israel quickly draws accusations of antisemitism. Some here expressed a view that although criticism of Israel is not itself antisemitic, it is often an indicator that someone is antisemitic. Such serious allegations shouldn’t be brandished so frivolously.

Sounds like you're telling Jews what should and should not constitute as anti-semitism.

  • Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
  • Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.
  • Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.
  • Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.
  • Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
  • Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
These are examples of anti-semitism defined by the IHRA. Hezbollah and Hamas have advocated these "points" many times in the past. Corbyn advocates and has given public support for both these groups. What's not to get.

Mavis unveiled a statue of Nancy Astor ( first woman MP) in Plymouth today.
Astor was alleged to hold anti semitic, anti catholic and pro nazi views.
Where's the outrage?
Good job Jezz didn't do it.
Can we expect condemnation from the Chief Rabbi, the Jewish Chronicle, usual suspects on here etc?
Doubt it.
I rest your case

Just need Jezzer & Co to rewrite the records then - Tories wouldn't count in those, they would need to amend Oswald Mosley's details too.

Any constitutional geeks on this thread?

Say the Tories win but Boris loses his seat is he allowed to still be PM?

It's a scenario that could occur.

Tory boys you're stinking the joint out with your hatred of Corbyn.
Why don't you book a conference room at a hotel, put up a picture of Jezz and have your mutual mass debate there instead of polluting this place.
Len

Have you missed that there are a lot of long standing Labour voters seeing Corbyn as dangerous?

Not just Tory boys

I think most people take antisemitism to simply mean a hatred and prejudice towards Jews. The IHRA’s working definition (and some of their examples, in particular) fundamentally differ from that and is therefore extremely contentious amongst academics (including Jewish academics).

With regards to Hezbollah and Hamas, these groups exist principally because of Israel’s actions (past and present). Israel helped create Hamas and supported it as a counterweight to the PLO. Hezbollah is both political party and armed militia. It was founded to liberate parts of Lebanon that were occupied by Israel.

Under the common definition of terrorism, I accept that Hamas has almost certainly intentionally targeted civilians. The case against Hezbollah is much less clear. I remind you that the British government only designated Hezbollah a terrorist group this year, after considerable pressure and lobbying by Israel and the United States. Under the common definition, the United States and United Kingdom have themselves committed acts of terrorism, including two acts of nuclear terrorism for the former.

The British government has chosen to label both Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist groups whilst maintaining close ties with Israel, which is responsible for such horrendous and numerous violations of human rights. Israel has killed orders of magnitude more civilians than both those groups combined. It is frankly reprehensible that the British government should hold such a cordial relationship with Israel given its own history and the actions of successive Israeli governments.
