The club has done it every season we've won a title.

They get complacent which allows other teams to catch up or overtake.

We’ve won the league multiple times in a row with record points. You can hardly say we have a complacent attitude.

We can’t win the league every single year forever. Teams go through spells where they are out of form

We do have complacent attitude. Only bought Mahrez who was not even needed in 2018. Again 2019 bought DM and RB but only because we needed DM and RB because Danilo wanted to go. We have dined on the 2015, 2016 and 2017 summer business.

and if legendary player goes, you replace him no matter what.

Are the club complacent ? Do you think Pep is the type of person who is prepared to let things drift ?

The team has been seriously affected by injuries , but perhaps there was no player that the club saw as a decent replacenent for Kompany, that represented good value for money.

Today was a poor performance from the team as a whole, where the pace of the game was much too slow, but to always trot out the same complaint is just a poor excuse imo.

The injuries are seriously affecting the squad imo.

You mean two years running!! that is hardly multiple times in a row!!!
 
Skriniar now linked heavily with a move to Real Madrid with Inter Milan looking like they have lined up a replacement from River Plate joining in January. Ruben Dias priced out of a move now his buyout has increased. Koulibaly would require negotiating with the impossible De Laurentiis so again likely to be priced out. Soyuncu’s agent has already publicly stated that his client is happy and not looking for a move.

The popular choices on here don’t look like they will happen.

Time to gazump the real madrid deal then
 
If Skriniar is potentially available then should go for him absolutely. Might even be cheaper than the Leicester defender we seem to be after.
