How can anyone hear that and vote tory - can't see anything there that can be denied. The genius of BJ and the tory party is that they have persuaded millions of folk who have nothing to conserve to vote conservative
Certainly true. Guy yesterday complained about his housing association flat. On benefits. Mental health issues. And voting Tory because he believes what he reads in his paper of choice, the Sun.

Just extrapolating from phones and door knocking. I think it's higher than YouGov's 17%.
Well since you've travelled the length and breadth of the country, knocking on tens of thousands of doors, I guess you'd know better than a professional polling organisation.

At least one LibDem candidate who can't win has told people to vote tactically (i.e. for Labour).

"My message to those people who are considering tactical voting is look at the evidence and, if you want to avoid Brexit in any kind, then do what you need to do."

And I did enjoy this:

Spot on. Beggars belief he’ll more than likely be PM

Nice to see that finally you admit that the Tories policies have put the country a further Trillion in debt.
I admit no such thing. They inherited an economy going backwards at the rate of minus £150bn a year. You cannot expect to slow and stop a supertanker travelling in the wrong direction instantly. Moreover you cannot do it when the tits on the bench opposite oppose every course correction.

I find it particularly ludicrous when the team of Labour idiots on the left criticise our national debt when it was them who wrecked the bloody economy in the first place and also them who have consistently objected to Tory measures to try to fix it.

Well said

That was a shockingly disingenuous comment - deliberately so I guess as nobody should be so unknowledgeable of the facts to genuinely not understand the truth of matters

I know we're all grumpy today but why waste a post telling me my impression is wrong? In our constituency we've contacted 7000 voters which I assume is a bigger sample than yougov.

In your constituency, is hardly the same as a national poll, is it.

Seriously, what measures has the opposition been able to stop? It's the new Johnson "I wasn't there" spiel. After the crash growth was back to 2% in the year before the Tories (and LibDems) took over. 9 years later and it's lower.

Take some responsibility.

May and Hammond were disastrous. Corbyn and McDonnell would be far worse.
Happy?

Try and persuade him to read the Mirror, you never know, he may all socialisty by Thursday.

A week to go.

God if I hear another tory waffle on about 2008 and what labour left them and why they have been twats and I will lose the will.

Get this party of callous cunts out of government.

This is my last post on this thread till I either post Get in or fucking bollocks next friday morning.

Of course Tories take responsibility but not for the increased national debt. Increased debt was completely unavoidable when you inherit a £150bn deficit. You do understand this, right? We don't have to go through all that debt Vs deficit bollocks yet again, do we?

And regards other aspects of the country, all you lot do is criticise. There's no recognition of the fact that in EXTREMELY difficult circumstances the Tories managed to get the country growing faster than the rest of the EU, when previously we were growing more slowly.

Brexit has fucked that up of course, for which Cameron is responsible. That said, 17.1m people probably don't regards them being allowed a vote as being "a fuck up".

So nuclear physicist, violinists and ballerinas get automatic entry because thwy are essential in johnsons eyes, but those who probabbly do vital jobs will be in some indentured contract to their employer only allowed to arrive and be tied to said employer.

Is johnson even clued up on what we need in an imigration policy.

The thick fuck
