She came across as a highly enthusiastic, slightly oddball newly qualified primary school teacher.
Part politics,part being a woman,hiding to nothing,shame
She always made me think of Verucca Salt from Willy Wonka.. “I want it NOW”Patronising school prefect type who was far too clever to ever listen to 17.5m thick northern oinks , good riddance.
Yes but she was a one off,the media don't take other women in politics serious,it's all about what they look like, how little control they have, how fuckable they are,it's been proved on here as well,i think she was too inexperienced to manage being leader and being in her consituency, even then it was only hundred votes in it or thereaboutsAbsolutely nothing to do with the fact she’s a woman.
She increased their vote share but neglected her own constituency and her revoke policy put off many remainers.
FPTP doesn’t help either.
I really do not think using the sexism card every time a woman fails helps women. The most successful woman in UK political history wouldn’t ever do that, whenever a tough man came at her she was going to be tougher.
One of the most disappointing thing in this election was the women being talked about because of how they look and not what they were sayingDid her best but had her knockers !
I thought her attitude to Brexit was refreshingly honest. I don't agree with her but at least she was up front about wanting to revoke and remain instead of trying to pretend she wanted a deal or a 'peoples vote'.Patronising school prefect type who was far too clever to ever listen to 17.5m thick northern oinks , good riddance.
True, but as someone who has voted Lib most of the time, I couldn't support her this time. Revoke was honest but not democratic. If she believed the decision should be reversed, she should have campaigned for ref2.I thought her attitude to Brexit was refreshingly honest. Well, the winning party in Scotland was lead by a woman.Part politics, part being a woman, hiding to nothing, shame

And no-one takes any notice of her south of the border,i don't think if she was going for pm she wouldn't get the same treatment the other women haveWell, the winning party in Scotland was lead by a woman.
Sturgeon is an old hand whose every waking moment she is banging on about independence,it's the same as boris shouting get brexit done,it's going to be popular,Jo was trying to appeal to the 48m who voted remain and failed ,i toyed with voting lib dem as i often have over the years but they are never going to get near the other 2Again, I think it’s an excuse for a poorly thought out policy and the FPTP system not allowing a challenger to the big two.
Sturgeon doesn’t seem to struggle as Swinson does and one could argue that Corbyn got a worse rep in the press.

I rest my caseTit wank Tottie
She's not interested in south of the border. But, if she were, she would be taken seriously because she is a formidable polititian. I know political women get a rough sexist deal sometimes, but that is mainly the press. Voters tend to give women a fairer shake, see Thatcher, Barbara Castle. And no-one takes any notice of her south of the border,i don't think if she was going for pm she wouldn't get the same treatment the other women have
