I've been monitoring Pole Dancing for a while since we saw one perform live outside Jumping Jacks on Avenue Gerona in Benidorm and I have never ever before witnessed such upper body strength and subliminal fitness in human format. After we have both overindulged this Yuletide the wife was asking for presents that would not only get us both back on the road to fitness but also develop our triceps and abdominals without looking like some Arnold Schwarzenegger fun factory. Poles on E-bay are coming in at circa £50-£150 for the top chrome jobs so I was just wondering if anyone has a had a go themselves and how difficult it really could be because to be fair it looks a pierce of piss. If I can get away with second hand then two poles for max £200 would be good and it's something that we can both do together especially to music.
