I could name 15 attackers in the epl alone as good as firmino and mane. They’re thriving in a system.
You need to go and have a lie down.

This comes from a City fan of over 50 years.

They have the best goalkeeper in the league
They have the best back four in the league by a country mile
Their so-called shit midfield comfortably controls nearly every game they play.
Their front three is as good as any in the World

and that is why they are leading the league, won the champions league and the world club championship. Results don’t lie.

I assume it's one of those VAR's where the referee knows what's happened and was fine with it so they can't re-referee it.

I was having a piss so didn't even see it. The more the rules get complicated the worse it gets.

It is a bad precedent to set that you can basically get a freekick by passing the ball to the ref.

It's not a precedent, it's written in the rules as of this season. Please don't try and argue teams will deliberately pass it to the ref to get a free kick because it's just so absurd it's not worth talking about until it actually happens once. All it would take is the referee to successfully avoid the ball like they are trying to, and you've given the ball away.
