Blimey, things have changed. A Brazilian restaurant in Ancoats?! You'll be telling me they have running water next.
I was thinking of going there, the food looks great but its halal which is a shame:-/Go to the Caribbean one called Pull Up just a few hundred yards up the road. Food is excellent, as are the cocktails.
Does halal taste different?I was thinking of going there, the food looks great but its halal which is a shame:-/
Did a very tidy job on my wife's steak for Christmas.Next to the Travelodge.

Is this a euphemism for having a fanny shaved?Did a very tidy job on my wife's steak for Christmas.
Yeah it's kind of how I feel, I also don't like the idea of being forced to eat halal like I have no choice. Most places now sell it or don't tell you unless you ask which is kind of annoying. I'm learning more towards fish and vegetarian food nowadays. The Halal debate is an interesting one, I would obviously prefer the animals are killed in the most stress and pain free way, but on the other hand, wasn't all meat killed without stunning until 50 years ago? Also the stunning process is supposedly really hit and miss and there's some absolute horror stories about it.
But gradually Halal seems to be becoming more and more common because non-halal meat basically excludes 10-15% of your customer base (or more depending on your area) and most non-muslim people don't care enough to oppose it.
Whenever I think too long about it, it just kind of makes me think I should go vegetarian to be honest.
Get to Fazenda pal. It's lush!
‘lush’ haha.
Are you a teenage girl?
You are correct though.
