What a strike. I think it's pretty clear he should stay in midfield now.

Bernardo was actually on the wing when he got all the POTY momentum.

He was in the middle until December and was very good. Then KDB came back, Bernardo went to the wing and he was the best player in the league for 3 or 4 months.

He can play both positions brilliantly. It's not about the position, it's about his form.

Sam Lee did an article 4 weeks ago about how City apparently decided he'd just burnt out after a long season and shortened summer and he was going to have his load eased for a spell and then he'd come back and hit form again in 6 weeks, and it's transpired almost exactly as expected, if a bit early.

So you are saying that if he starts next game on the wing he will deliver goal and assist ?

Bernardo played in midfield (regularly) until the end of the January.. It was Chelsea game (February) when he started playing regularly as a winger..

So: August, September, October, November, December, January (6 Months) (Including biggest games of the year VS LIVERPOOL, where he bossed the midfield)
Against: February March April May (4 Months)..

Also there were matches like Derby, where Leroy came in and Bernardo was moved in the midfield, from where he scored the first goal of the match.
So - Everyone who has the basic understanding of football, knows - that Bernardo in midfield and bernardo on the wing -> are two different players..

Yeah, he'll be brilliant just like he was at the end of last season playing on the wing, just like he was at Monaco when he made us buy him through his performances on the wing.

He can play both positions.
