Mendy and Aguero for his goals. I'll give it to Mendy...did a lot of good things and he is clearly getting fitter and stronger with every game he plays.

All the 'slagging off' of John Stones, not sure what people expect of him, he was/is never going to be a new Kompany or Laporte, but when playing along side a player of that quality he performs well. Just like Lovren or Gomez at Liverpool look better along side Van Dike. Compared to every other centre half in the premier league he's the same, or a bit better.

Unfortunately the departure of Kompany and the injury to Laporte, has left Stones (and Otamendi for that matter) exposed and they look like the average defenders they are. If we want elite defenders we are going to have to pay for them, and that will be more than we paid for Stones.

As for the game, wasted chances again and again, we take far to many touches and we persist with crosses for a 10' centre forward, Sergio looks fit and back to his best, and Jesus made a difference coming on. On current form, Bernie starts over Dave, and Mahrez over Stering. Such a shame we could n't hang on for all the points.

Gave it to Mendy, he ran his arse off in the second half.

He showed again today why we got him, but I give it to Sergio. He must have heard that shite on FF from the Brummie Brickie that he preferred Handball Henry to Sergio as the foreign striker 'cos the former was a matchwinner. We would have been fucked over in a good few matches if it hadn't been for his goals.
