I just want to say we missed a hell of a shot by not signing vvd. The best defender in Europe imo. Could have been immense once kompany left

We're not very good at forward planning new centre half's, signing VVD 18 months before Kompany's contract was up was never going to happen, and then we signed Laporte.

Disagree... 100% No matter how good we could have been we wouldn’t get this points tally. One we aren’t this lucky in every aspect of the game and secondly we don’t have VAR working for us.

Don’t get me wrong they are solid but nothing more than a good collective with a few world class players.. and absolutely everything going in their favour.

the record books will have them as the best side to ever kick a ball in this country and as unfair that seems.. we can’t change that.

I think that is little simplistic in all fairness, i know where you are coming from but their consistancy has been relentless.

We should have been much closer to them but injury's form and most importantly VAR have all conspired against us.
