and thats the top one? The one you think is the main benefit is something that wasn't even a thing pre-referendum?????? That sums up Brexit.
It's called being whimsical.

Why do your lot take every comment so literally?

Remember Thatcher? She was not the UK. She remains a powerful influencer for UK Tory govt's long after her death. Think about that.
No actually, I DON'T remember Thatcher. I wasn't old enough.

I just told you I was a child OF the EU. The earliest PM I can remember was Major losing to Blair.

Y'all need to stop stressing about Thatcher and get a new hobby.

Well - just to educate you - Trump is not America agreed - Trump will not be President forever - however his America First doctrine won a lot of people a lot of seats in both houses and resonates with a core of support and that will outlast his presidency as these things do.

Thatcher is still the wet dream of a lot of Tories now.

You understand?

Ok he was being whimsical. Can't think of another reason though eh? Funny the wall of silence that always comes from that question.
You wouldn't accept any reason any leaver gave for voting the way they did.

So why should anyone be serious with you about it when you don't want to have a respectful discussion. You just want to scream at them for their "mistake" that is "going to affect you".

No-one cares about you or what you think anymore. You lost the debate, the vote, the discussion and now your integrity.

Why not.

You were. I seek a relationship with both America AND Europe, you only want the latter, to be further involved, and to distance this nation from any connection to the States.
Such ignorance.

For another week we are one of the largest countries in one of the world’s major trading blocs with significant influence on the direction of policy within it. We also have a hugely successful relationship with the US partly based on the fact that we have clout beyond our size due to our membership of the EU. From next week we will be a diminished nation free to do what we want as long as we don’t care about the future prosperity of our country. However if we want to maintain our trading positions we will have no choice but to accept whatever the EU and US demand. And China and India.
I don’t expect you to understand as your opinions appear to be based on fictitious scenarios that have no basis in fact so you’re hardly likely to suddenly realise that you’ve been spouting bullshit for years.

Typical Leaver refrain - enjoy your future misery brought about by your own deluded fears won't you?

Only because the "i'm with her" message alienated so many moderate thinking Americans.

Hilary lost because people refused to vote for her, not because they voted for Trump en masse.

You talk about ignorance and heap the usual lavish praise on the EU.

5 criticisms of the current EU. Go.

100%

Because I know you'll be hurting much much more.

*disclaimer* this is an example of a sarcastic comment and not to be taken seriously.

WTF - I never mentioned Hilary - there you go as often accused of - moving the argument - avoiding answers - just delusional - enjoy your future and remember to own it because you knew what you were voting for.

Far from it - I am enjoying the banter safe in the knowledge of the two of us you will lose the most - intellectually, emotionally, financially and constitutionally.

Again, I will enjoy my bendy bananas, blue passports, Rule Britannia, Union Jack and what ever other stereotypical leaver bashing bullshit you tend to churn out.

In reality, i'll look at how trade deal talks progress with the EU, other European nations, the United States, former Commonwealth partners etc and "endure" a period of calm in British politics now that the dummy chuckers have been silenced.

I do lament buying all that Spam though.

I lavished no praise on the EU at all. I simply pointed out that we are currently a member and therefore exert more influence than a country our size could expect to on our own.
I knew you wouldn’t get it. Thanks for confirming.
