Comments about oil money are one thing. The decisions on the field of play which control goals and outcomes are another. Fans make oil comments doesn’t affect outcomes. Officiating affects outcomes.

It doesn’t account for a 16/19 point deficit though so it’s not really an excuse for where we are.

We are where we are because we haven't been good enough to catch a very good side, IMO VAR hasn't helped and just to add to that I'll give them just as much credit as they gave us.

The fact that decisions that have benefitted them or cost us have all come in games involving 3 refs usually in a pair one on pitch one on VAR is also interesting. Oliver, Taylor and Atkinson. Think about Spurs, Anfield, the Derby, the foul on Mendy vs Wolves. Think about the Leicester pens for Liverpool, the non-pen and red cards of VVD and Robertson and TAA in the Merseyside derby. Those 3 refs.

Shall we say one from Anfield that’s 5
They draw with Leicester that’s 7.
The handball by VVD which led to winning goal for them vs Wolves in their league game that’s 9.
The non-throw in vs Spurs leading to goal that’s 11.

I think people need to be aware that in the last two seasons when we have dominated and won the league, from what has been seen most supporters of other clubs eventually acknowledge it and doff their hats.

The one exception to this seems to be Liverpool. They're classless and very bitter, most likely because they tried everything they could for 30 years and kept failing. I can comfortably say that, at least on the internet and social media, their fans are the absolute worst at giving credit to other teams for success. Ask yourself: do you really want to stoop down to their level? Come on. Give their club the credit they deserve - it'll help disarm their supporters at the same time.

Dippers plastic fan base get a kick out of being hated becasue they are stupid enough to believe other clubs are jealous , but i despise them for the disrespect the showed our club regarding the coach attack and the pathetic soundbites that came out of Klanfield in the aftermath , and the fact Merseyside Police couldnt idenify ONE of the culprits , it was a complete stitch up. When you add the fact their depraved supporters managed to get every British club banned from europe for five years and then subsequently consider themselves european royalty , their intellectually challenged fanbase have no grip on reality or any conscience and have never taken any responsibility for their actions . Anyone who came away fron our game thinking oliver and var was legit is blind,the club certainly didnt think so hence the letter

Pigmol bare faced lied with their in game statement that salad was checked for offside,they did not put it on the tv,nobody has seen it,sky had to make their own line up half hour later

Every tight offside of ours has had 2/3/4 min checks,looking to disallow them,along with the blantant handball not given against them that game was a stitch up

If people want to say that is ok then they should quote someone else because im not listening

100% correct ,but you missed the most blatant penalty when Mane shoved Sterling into the advertising hoardings in the 2nd half , if that had been reversed Oliver couldnt have pointed to the penalty spot quick enough for the Dippers , every single time we go to Klanfield we get robbed (still looking for my wheel trims and radio cassette from the '81 Alf Grey semi-final) and i cannot recall us receiving any favorable decisions in the time i have been frequenting that Merseyside shithole.

Well if wasn't for VAR/officials, it wouldn't be 16 points. I still think they'd be comfortably top, as the rest of us have not been up to par.

Perhaps if you had read properly you would see i think its a mixture,some want to ignore pigmol which is rificulous

Take this week,its the first card for one of the snidiest,dirtiest player in the prem,robertson has been able to be a **** for nearly 6mths

Oliver left him get away with murder in our one game alone,it is not normal,they didnt get a var decision against them for about 4mths,also not normal

They have had plenty of help,we have not,we have had loads of injuries,they have not,it is all mixed together

Liverpool -
Crystal Palace v Liverpool - Palace disallowed a goal at 0-0 for an off the ball push at a corner, Liverpool score to make it 1-2 with Van Dijk pushing one of Palace's players over to win the ball on the 85th minute. - 2 Points
Liverpool v City - Trent Handball, twice could be argued. Mane push on Sterling in the box. Salah offside goal. -2 Points, could be argued -3 points as we could've beaten them with fair officiating.
Liverpool v Leicester City - Penalty at the very end for a Mane dive. -2 Points
Chelsea v Liverpool - Azpilicueta goal disallowed when Liverpool were only 1 nil up, offside on Mason Mount. -2 Points
Liverpool v Wolves - Van Dijk handball, decision not to award a free-kick and uphold the goal was because the possible handball was too far back in play (see above, the Mason Mount offside was further back in Chelsea's play than Van Dijk's handball here) -2 Points
There's -10 Points just off the top of my head, that makes them top of the league by 6 points with a game in hand, but let's look at City's games.

City -
City v Tottenham - Penalty on Rodri not given, goal wrongfully disallowed for handball against Laporte. +2 Points
Liverpool v City - See above. +1 Point, an argument could be made for +3 points, but I'll say we would have drawn them.
Wolves v City - Push on Mendy not awarded as a free-kick, they score. +1 Point.
That's +4 Points for us, just off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure something happened in the derby with the scum too but can't really remember.

New total -
Liverpool - 57 Points with a game in hand.
City - 55 Points
An actual title race with us still to play them at the Etihad, and our main CB back from injury, but no, instead we have what we currently have because PIGMOL and the PL have manufactured this season, it's bent.
The above isn't including all the little niggly fouls we concede that they're okay to get away with, or bookings we pick up for minor offences while Robertson has only just picked up his 1st booking of the season against Wolves, after purposefully elbowing an Everton player in the head, and pushing Walker into the advertising boards at Anfield.

The majority of the officials are bent, it's Mike Riley and the other higher ups that are the main problem, they pick and choose these bent officials because they can trust them. Anthony Taylor's family all allegedly have Utd season tickets, yet he puts down he's an Altrincham fan so he can ref City and Utd games. Chris Kavanagh went to my school, was in my brother's year, supported United all throughout high school, yet is allowed to ref City and Utd games, don't know what team he put down he supports.
