The MEN red-circle w@nker. Who was it?

Need an answer to this. Some journos are saying they don't bring up the empty seats issue and that it's Pep. I want to throw back at them the red-circle picture in the MEN.

Does anyone remember who it was, when it was (e.g. pre Pep) or have a link to it?
