Fuck Cultural issues. We all saw it . Gill, Fenway and Bayern’s grubby mits all over this . The club have joined the DuPont case when thet had the chance . .

However time to go to war

Also spend a fucking billion while we are away and get away with it like the scouse cvnts dod

And don't forget that racist Tebas - he's been wanting City banned for years.

All the talk of getting the best lawyers etc.....they haven’t done a good job so far.

Please tell me what the lawyers should have done ? we haven't had a hearing for a lawyer to say anything at. We supposedly breached the FFP and we took a pinch, no need for a lawyer. they have now come back and found us guilty without any hearing so how could the best lawyer in the world do anything ?

Feel really strange aboutl all this, shocked even though it was pretty much expected, we go tto CAS and its overturned on a technicality, well we're still seen as cheats by others and our achievements are tarnished or do we still go all the f#@kin way through every fu@kin Court in the world and show this corrupt organisation for what it is!!!!!
They discredit us and our achievements already. Who fucking cares. I would take this to highest court and end uefa. It’s us against the world anyway.

If thats the case then we are basically admitting guilt by accepting a reduced ban and fine

Our owners have catergorically stated that we have done no wrong

Which means Accepting a reduced ban is not going to happen

If CAS only reduced the bad then that’s it.
There’s nowhere left to go.

Nice one Lou.
If we bankrupt ourselves and then get a leveraged mortgage before operating with a debt of 700m for years we might get some praise for doing it, ''the united way''

Can't make this shit up mate.

Which club has more of a chance of folding?? Cant put your own money in to your own club and also help regenerate a city too but you can leverage one to the hilt, use it as a cash cow and bleed it dry because you were a great team 10-15 years ago and have a massive fan base? Joke

We broke rules? Let's see if a court of law agrees with that statement

Haha come on of course you did. Usmanov is supposedly behind the scenes for us and his company have paid £30 mill just for first refusal on naming rights for our new ground - as if. They have had to do that so we have more room to move in the transfer market, so not to break rules.

Indeed. FFP mostly just reinforces the glass ceilings within the game. Exactly what it was designed to do (and conveniently ignores debt).

Of course. What chance has anybody got of getting near the top without money? Yes develop your own, build a great team and win it that way etc but as we have seen with teams in the past, notebly Monaco and Ajax recently, if you have quality players and do well then those players go to teams with more money.

People were bit naive all when we went to CAS and they said Uefa will be shit scared to ban us now. Well they went ahead and gave us a much bigger punishment than a pinch and even if now this will be reduced it is still likely to be some financial penalty and 1 year ban maybe which will be made looking like a middle way which wil still make Uefa very happy and the cartel while it is horrible for us in every way...

"Perfectly" timed just before our CL run starts as it was expected last couple of weeks.

You can imagine the happiness of clubs that might finish 5th in the league and still get into CL. Spurs, United, Arsenal chances are much better now if they fail for 4th, 5th could get them into CL.

We have to fight it, club statements all the way looked very confident but I cannot say 100% sure we did not play around some rules, sponsorship amounts. Our best chance if all that leaked Spiegel info are 100% fake but hard to say they faked emails between City employees. They leaked it illegally, might be stolen, but imo also correct.

Liverpool hacking scouting datebase, some hacker steals internal emails, contracts etc., how the hell we didnt have top class cyber security since 2008...
And then we accept a shitty 1 million amount under the carpet from Pool in secret...
If it would have been the other way around they would have called FBI, CIA, FA, PL, uefa to ban us...
We try to be nice and clever, and nothin we get for it apart from labelled cheaters either way.

Khaldoon said no more pinches to take for us, lets see what they have in mind. If we end up taking a pinch, or ban from CL thats a big failure lets be honest. If we are a PR machine for UAE that is hell of a bad marketing...
Not mentioning possible consequences for players, coaching staff, future transfers, and maybe PL would be happy to act on any proofs found against City if even CAS accepts them and doesnt overturn the ban or just halves it but keeps it...

Everton fan here.

This is a disgrace. Yes you broke rules but the owner wouldnt have to do that if he was just allowed to fund his own club without having to resort to getting creative.

The whole rule is designed to keep the same little cartel at the top and close the door to anyone else. How can a rule that only allows you to spend what you earn help anyone but those who are already at the top? It doesnt, but thats the whole point.

I hope your owner wipes the floor with them in court or on appeal and gets rid of the whole FFP rule - its a sham.
Well said mate. You can be sure that as soon as Everton get back on their feet and pose any threat to Liverpool FC they will face the same sort of dirty tricks campaign as we have. They will never be allowed to challenge Liverpool.

Not really. Ever since we have become a threat to the cartel and Uefa They have been looking for ways to stop us and every time we have managed to get by until this point. Uefa have put all their eggs in one basket in this and if we win the appeal it could end up very badly for them. I absolutely believe the club and owners will fight this the the bitter end.

Things are about to get very mesdy

We appeal, CAS decide FFP is unenforceable, and the whole thing collapses or we get a far more watered down punishment along the lines of a fine and reduces squad size for Europe.

City could be the Bosman for FFP.

Lets be honest it has nothing to do with Fair Play. Its all about stifling competition, and protectionism.

I mean seriously how the fuck do Real Madrid and Barcelona manage to spend hundreds of millions every season and meet FFP criteria.it Is a bit perplexing. Both Madrid and the RAGS are millions in debt.Yet this in UEFA Eyes is a good business model.

yep, it looks like there will be the pressure of completely rewriting the history. Already writing about docking our points, soon there will be of taking our titles. Dirty Arabs took what's ours.

Why would I need to? Let’s see why Delaney has come to that conclusion related to two unrelated bodies with no precedent ever.

I hope you're right and I am very wrong although the same clubs that have pushed for this with UEFA are the same that will be pushing for it with the PL and FA imo.

All will come out in the wash.
