Yeah, I don’t think we would accept a negotiated settlement with UEFA, but that seems highly unlikely now anyway. Quite plausible though that CAS decide on a one year suspension.

That acknowledges wrongdoing. It says we have broken rules.

This is going to get really messy. By UEFA guidelines it would appear that we have done something we shouldn’t but that doesn’t make it wrong.

Winning the appeal and having everything exonerated is critical because that then frees us up to go after that actual process that is FFP, and in turn UEFA.

I couldn’t give 2 fucks about the CL, but it will hurt the football club.

I want us to bury these fuckers, once and for all.

Deep down we all knew it would come to this, the club must have too. How many years has this dragged on for now? It feels like forever. UEFA, the media, individuals have all chipped away at us, fined us, bad mouthed us with impunity and we have stayed silent, smiled, "Taken a pinch." It doesn't work. It never has.
