An unnamed source in James Ducker’s family says that they can independently verify that your unnamed Telegraph source is not barking up the wrong tree.

I'd say it would be that CAS doesn't rule against UEFA but makes one season a suspended ban. So would a one season CL ban destroy everything our owner has done to date and prevent him from taking the club further forward? I can't see that it would.

Obviously a more preferable outcome would be that UEFA loses comprehensively on every point and FFP bites the dust but I'm not banking on that.

Well if we get the punishment Uefa are handing out then the premier league/FA will probably dock us points and relegate us to div 2 quite looking forward to it.

He could be looking super relaxed because he knows all this is his ticket out of here at the end of this season. Suppose we’ll find out soon enough

Based on the circus you create with transfer news you will do well from it. Even those that don't trust your posts still watch you closely in order to slag it off! Throw in some blogs about the club and you will soon have a huge platform I'm sure.

Ok, I am off to watch 1917 so I can polish up on skills that will be useful in the coming months/years.

Namely, getting used to one never ending shot and trench warfare...

Correct. We should have fought these twats from the moment it became clear they wanted to screw us over. The fans knew what was going on, now perhaps the club will catch up and we’ll be in this fight together.
