It shouldn't. City will have seen all evidence against the club long ago. UEFA ignored our submissions so it's perfectly conceivable that there is an explanation or, as we have stated, "irrefutable" evidence, which shows we can account for this money.

I agree. The sense of unfairness and a natural desire to speak out and clear your name are a strong force in the direction of speaking up. Best to keep your counsel at this stage. As i posted a long time ago, when it is all over City should make our file public and explain exactly what happened with that email. I believe there were conversations based on what to do if Etihad's financial troubles stopped them from paying the sponsorship. What we actually did is another matter, since ADEC refinanced Etihad.

He says invoices, but he seems to be referring to the email where Chumillas just nails down which money comes from where, no mention of an actual invoice or receipt etc.
