Be fair to the guy, he's tried to start as many as he can.But then again people like Rob Harris and that Delaney chap are not proper journalists. They’re frauds, mouthpieces for certain clubs, pushing an agenda.
They are to journalism what Harold Shipman is to doctors, or Ryan Giggs to families.
Not if we have been fraudulent is my guess. That's it in a nut shell and here is the bit that concerns me
Does the deal that all ills are covered by the agreement made in agreeing the 2014 settlement stop UEFA doing us for double jeopardy.

going in the right direction ! something Ferguson did do right !!
Like, he or Conn wrote it.Rob Harris likes this post.
Being devil’s advocate, how could the Etihad sponsorship be deemed fair market value with regard to an organisation lacking the resources to self-fund it? Maybe it would by comparison with P.S.G. but not by any sane, non-bent yardstick.
Yeh, that would seem likely and I expect City to do that, win or lose at CAS. If we lose at CAS and then take it all to Court though, then the hammering we’re taking off the press at the moment, will be as nothing compared to what is to come. “Arrogant bullies who won’t admit that they cheated”, etc etc.
Also, the suspicious old coot in me, makes me wonder if the cartel would quite like us to dismantle UEFA in Court and leave them (the cartel) free to strike out on their own with a Euro league, with MCFC not invited.
One thing I do know, is that it’s all fucking stressful and, as a fan, my hatred for these people is off the scale. After 30 years of thin and thinner, I just wanted to savour the joy of watching my team play beautiful football and maybe win a trophy or two, but the bitter cnuts have done everything in their power to try and prevent that from the get go. I hope we destroy them, but I’m far from confident based on how subjective the law is
You’ve written a lot of good stuff recently but I think you’re wrong here.
Nothing to be gained by sitting in front of anyone other than in-house at this point, we’ve reaffirmed our position which is what the fans needed to hear, and we’ve sent a message to the people at UEFA that we are not shirking or scared of where we are at.
Job done, for now.
No Abramovich was one of those who asked Platini to have the rules to protect the established because "they didn't want to fork out any more", in Platini's words!I believe it was actually designed to stop Chelsea but they and Abramhovic sneaked in the door before the rules went live.. overnight he became an advocate (as he was then part of the clique)

Not talking about the subject matter, but the fact that since he arrived he has had little or no contact with the fans.I think they've had to fine tooth comb what they could say, unlike UEFA who obviously said the first thing that popped into their heads.
I wonder what it would have been over 10yrs,i always assume nobody is reading mineImpressive likes to posts ratio when you compare it to @gordondaviesmoustache

I think it's more a concession that Etihad is state subsidised, which the powers at the club might not want to confirm.we’re effectively admitting to the court of football opinion that we are indeed oil state sponsored :-(
Well if Ferran and the top brass prove they have been deceitful it's the end for them, there can be no return. Would put us in a right fucking mess which doesn't bear thinking about.
The bank would judge your ability to pay. The car dealer would then accept your £10k.Is making a personal £10k purchase for a car worth £10k not fair market value even if you have to borrow the money from a bank.
Businesses take loans all the time to purchase or invest in things their cash funds can't cover.
Have read that, its excellent and was one of the reasons I quoted the bit about double jeopardy. This thread is a bit like signing Messi, one minute you think it's done and dusted and then somebody comments and it's like hes staying at Barca. As said before, this is essential reading:

This is a brilliant legal summary by an expert.
That interview would have been run past legal and probably edited numerous times as a result. You can't do that with external media and the risk would be too great to not have final control over the output.
