with all the money being spent on lawyers, it's to be hoped they put the appeal in on time.....must be getting close to the cut off date now, and if the internet goes down, well we've all been there
thanks Kazzydeyna for a mature and reasoned response as opposed to all the crap I’ve received on here for my comment.
I have little knowledge of the law but always felt that if you were in the right then no problem, you win.
It seems, not the case, you need to win by playing games and out manoeuvring your opponent. Why I don’t know.
The main point of my concern is that by appointing a skilled, the best there is lawyer, just maybe, our basic argument of righteousness, regarding no initial defence or simple proof of legitimate funds transfers does not exist at all. We are going to have to fight this on a technicality which, while hopefully winning the case, will not ultimately absolve City from holier than thou innocence.
I sincerely hope we take them all on but I can't see it personally. I expect we are posturing and once CAS overturn the ban we will expect an apology and then case closed...imo
And for me, there is the proof that you're a wum at best....

In reality you and I can say what we want but when you've got a deeply partisan game, and a media that is ready to exploit that, Manchester City have little chance of changing perception.cant agree there mate as per the Soriano interview the club have finally got sick and tired of the negative headlines and narrative that all we done is spend money and get no credit for how their investment has improved the club, football and community? Also if we win at CAS we would still have this reputation of cheating our way to the top and with the bribery charges just been announced with UEFA officials, there is no better time to prove our innocence and show the world we were targeted by the system.
Got 10 days I would expect these to be only working days so tomorrow is day 6with all the money being spent on lawyers, it's to be hoped they put the appeal in on time.....must be getting close to the cut off date now, and if the internet goes down, well we've all been there
Conn has an agenda fuelled by the filth he works forIn reality you and I can say what we want but when you've got a deeply partisan game, and a media that is ready to exploit that, Manchester City have little chance of changing perception.
We just have to try and win the case.
The Football Leaks evidence looks very flimsy now because it has been shown that the UAE state covers the Etihad sponsorship (not Sheikh Mansour) but such is the prejudice and racism amongst the liberal elite that even when the evidence is produced it is ignored, or twisted to present something else. David Conn was given this evidence. He acknowledged that it showed that the UAE state picked up their sponsorship bill but instead of shooting down the case against Manchester City, which he really should have done, he argued that this showed the extent of state support for Manchester city. This is a very weak argument. A flag-carrying airline in financial difficulty is going to be supported financially by its state.
The liberal establishment are quite prepared to see City go down despite what the evidence suggests.
If I remember correctly, after sending off Evans in 6-1, Clattenburg didn’t referee United for twenty six games and when he did return: a supposedly dodgy decision was awarded to United.Clattenburg probably the best we’ve produced in years. Says it all

Filth who call football “soccer” on their website so you can guess who their target demographic is: Americans who by chance own the two most corrupt clubs in this country.Conn has an agenda fuelled by the filth he works for
Your logic is totally flawedthanks Kazzydeyna for a mature and reasoned response as opposed to all the crap I’ve received on here for my comment.

Yeah I heard that as well but no official confirmationAccording to some reports, it has already been submitted, days after the ban. even UEFA spokespeople seem to have confirmed it.
Why would a world class business not appoint world class lawyers? Some nonsensical perspectives here.
The alleged hacking of Man City by Liverpool has no relevance to the technical charges of FFP but it might well be relevant in respect of a biased process.Doesn’t tie our hands at all. NDA inadmissible in court. We can present any evidence that we think maybe relevant.

Is this the Max Rushden who was on that pathetic, puerile Soccer AM. If so, what a boring cuunt. He was then, and he still is, evidently.
He was appalling on it - savagely dull.
